I would like to see incentives for homeowners to plant native plants and grasses to reduce lawn watering as well as the applications of chemicals to produce that "perfect" lawn. Xerascaping really isn't promoted like it used to be. And for those folks brave enough to invest in xerascaping there needs to be more support and less hassle from the City.
