Fargo's topography makes it an ideal bicycling city, but it's difficult to bicycle in many parts of the city. The existing bike paths are excellent and should be expanded when possible, but more bike lanes on streets would be really helpful. A good bicycle corridor between NDSU and downtown would be especially beneficial.
