The Fringe Circuit is hot! Performing artists would come from all over the country (perhaps the world) to perform in one intense week of entertainment. Fargo could become an excellent stop for these performers moving from Fringe to Fringe. It's a great way to encourage original theatrical work, support performing artists, and draw lots of people out to area businesses and a variety of venues.
