MAT needs to become a transit authority staffed with professionals who know how to run a bus system, respond to riders' needs, spend money effectively, and provide equitable service. There is too much "politics" with the current setup and the cities of Fargo and Moorhead ONLY want to "control" the bus system--neither care about running it productively or effectively or professionally!
