Fargo needs to respect the beautiful, fertile land around and within it. Developers should be encouraged NOT to spread the city across this beautiful land. Developers should be encouraged to fix and maintain "inner" city properties. People should be encouraged to live in Fargo proper with old trees and already established amenities. We need to preserve agricultural land so we can begin to grow food close by to where people live. Fargo is growing houses not food.
