Every year there seems to be a select group of students interested in designing new ideas for the downtown area. Why don't we make it a yearly competition for NDSU Architecture students to design new buildings and come up with new concepts for the downtown areas?

We've got a gem of a resource that I believe we are simply ignoring at this time...
