That corner is begging for development. Of course the parking lot should be moved sublevel. And we need clear-glass retail at street level. A small space recessed half-way into the footprint on the south side of the lot would be ideal for a pocket park. Access to the garage would be opposite the park on the west end. Such an arrangement would allow natural light to enter all north windows on the existing building south of this lot, even if the new project at Roberts & 2nd was several stories high.
