Barriers to walking and biking.

Instead of widening roads and building more barriers, we should find a way to support biking and walking to school. South University Drive is a barrier to children attending Lincoln Elementary and Bennett Elementary; 25th Street South (if widened as planned in 2014) will be a (bigger) barrier to west side children who attend Lewis & Clark and South High; and, I-29 is a barrier for Kennedy kids. We need more safe pathways to school, so parents don't feel that they have to deliver their kids to school, which causes congestion.
