But we can also harness the water -
check out Winnipeg's Riverfront. It has
been a success and their Folk festivities
in August attract quite a number of people.
Perhaps we can imitate their success
and twin our cities, borrowing some of their
landscape ideas. We don't have to go far to
see what another city has done to its riverfront area.
