Creative Entrepreneurship and a Culture of Success

Let's be flexible with our plan for businesses. If we could create microentrepreneurial structures, we might be able to create the next Dell computer (which was hatched in the residence hall at U.T. Austin) or other wildly successful local business. The creative enterprise in Denver "YesPleaseMore" http://yespleasemore.com/ is using co-working spaces, grants, and training to grow business. Let's turn everybody with an idea into an entrepreneur (or at least give them a chance and show them how). We can keep growing sustainably if we teach people how to turn their idea into something that others will see the value of. It's about building a culture of entrepreneurship and not just giving away bags of money to big companies who have zero loyalty to the people and the area. If we grow our own know-how and competitive success, the companies will come.
