The city of Fargo could be a much better looking city if we were able to eliminate all of the above ground power lines. If you look down most of our major corridors (45th St, 32nd Ave, many downtown alleys, etc.) you can see what a blight they are to the visual aesthetics of the city. As we sit here and continually rip up roads and continue with new constructions, we should be working with Cass County Electric and Xcel Energy to bury the lines.
