Geothermal for new neighborhoods

Geothermal heat is far less expensive on new construction than as a retro fit and district- wide geothermal now out competes the cost of fossil fuel generated heat. To green our grid, let's require geothermal heat for all new neighborhoods.

This will also encourage development of local expertise related to geothermal construction in our city which would support a local green economy.
