North Dakota is known as the Saudi Arabia of wind energy. At the Urban Plains lake (or at the Red River), we should construct a wind energy center. Having an education place where you can also have a sailboat (big and small) might be an ideal place to teach our kids about the potential. We should celebrate ALL of our resources.

We can take the lead on this. Lord knows we have the potential.
