Fargo Parks has just announced a new indoor recreation space for children in south Fargo. I think this is a great idea. I am hopeful this opportunity will expand into the neighborhoods that need it most, Jefferson and Madison. Far fewer of these families have the means to pay to go somewhere for recreation and transportation is at least as big of an issue. Bring a recreation center to the areas of greatest need.
