I think it'd be great to develop a SMALL little mini-Chinatown somewhere in downtown Fargo. Of course it's never going to be anything as large as the ones in Vancouver/San Francisco/Philly/New York, but I think we could at least have a small version of it. They've already got a great thing going with the Asian Market and I've noticed more and more ethnic markets starting to pop up all over town. It'd be great to consolidate these into a single spot downtown giving people a central place to get their ethnic foods...
