pretty much every time i walk down broadway i see either a block or two closed down and used for pedestrian traffic only. . . outdoor vendors, cafes, street performers, movie nights etc. . . . or it would be nice to get rid of parking spaces for cars on broadway for a couple of blocks so that there is more room for people/cafes/outdoor vendors. i love the people and how it feels downtown during the street fair . . . i want that more often during the summer
