The city should put more bicycle paths on the streets, especially downtown. There is a lot of bicycle traffic downtown and they are always on the street (because they can't be on the sidewalk) that they clog up traffic because most can't go the speed of traffic. It would be nice to see more bike lanes. They are everywhere in Seattle and it seems to be working swimingly. I don't see why we try to do more. The only problem is where to fit these lanes? Most streets weren't built to handle another "lane." Especially in downtown where there isn't any more room to expand streets. |
