I would like to see a public tram that runs from the West Acres area to the downtown area (with stops inbetween of course). This could increase people's ability to circulate through town, while also limiting the amount of traffic on the roadways. A shopper could access the department stores of the mall and the local shops of downtown, without spending half the day in their car.
