Broadway is the coolest street in fargo. Once you get to 6th Avenue you have the 2 churches and then Sanford. Then you have a boring 10 block stretch of ordinary looking houses and condos.

What if we had more businesses there? Im talking classic brick buildings with cool neon lights that look like they belong downtown? Over time they could be extended. The key is they would have to look historic as we don't want north broadway to look like 13th Avenue.
