There's nothing more annoying, when it's the shopping season with numerous events in town and you're out shopping along 13th Ave on a Saturday weekend putzing along at 5 mph because the existing 4 lane roadway cannot come close to accommodating the volume of traffic that roadway handles on weekends. I've seen traffic, 2 lanes, solid, backup from 42nd St S. all the way past Walmart.

This is something that needs to be looked into as soon as possible, not for 2030.
